A truly compact unit suitable for use as a suburban home extension ("granny flat"), small beach house, rural retreat or a multitude of other uses limited only by your own imagination.
Easy to elevate in the air or add verandahs and carports. (If you want an even smaller house, perhaps a single-bedroomed unit, do not hesitate to contact us. We will design any house to your requirements).
